1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ('Terms') govern your access to and use of the 3d33 website, mobile platform, and all associated services ('the Platform'). By creating an account or placing a bet, you enter into a legally binding agreement with 3d33 under these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and throughout your account's lifetime.
• Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 3d33. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may be terminated.
• You must complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process before making any withdrawal request. Accepted documents include a valid National ID Card (NID) or passport.

3d33 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for verification purposes. Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination. Players are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with all applicable local laws.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3d33 supports a range of trusted payment methods widely used in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We do not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.

Deposits

Accepted deposit methods include:

• Mobile banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Internet banking: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major BD banks.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-5 business days upon successful KYC verification. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the initial deposit, subject to method availability.
• 3d33 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing any large withdrawal.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 4 for details.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

3d33 offers a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free spins, and periodic promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus offer has a specified wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• Only one welcome bonus per household, device, or IP address is permitted. Multiple claims will be voided.
• 3d33 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at its discretion with or without prior notice.

5. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on 3d33 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sport. By placing a bet, you accept the relevant game rules in full. The following general rules apply across all offerings on the Platform:

Sports Betting

3d33 accepts bets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. Live in-play betting is available on selected events. The following applies to all sports bets:

• Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the time of bet confirmation are the final odds.
• In the event of a match abandonment or cancellation, bets will be settled according to the rules for that specific market.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum win caps apply per event and per account. These limits are set at 3d33's discretion.

Casino & Slot Games

All casino and slot games on 3d33 are powered by certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems. In the event of a technical fault during a game, 3d33 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account. • Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any fraudulent or illegal financial activity.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3d33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform or any content thereon. This includes, without limitation, any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses.

3d33 makes no warranty that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the Platform entirely at your own risk. In any event, 3d33's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Amendments & Governing Law

3d33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an on-site notification. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly for any changes.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to binding arbitration. 3d33 operates as an international platform and does not make representations regarding the legality of online betting in any specific jurisdiction.
